Career

We recruit both candidates with no experience and experienced employees. Our company has its own bit system, which depends on knowledge, skills and discipline.

Trainees with no experience start from the first grade. Experienced candidates start at grade 4. Further increase in the category depends on knowledge of the menu, cooking skills and compliance with labor regulations.
