The shift supervisor manages all divisions of the kitchen factory, is responsible for fulfilling the plan for the production of the product on time and of proper quality, assessed by the number of complaints (the goal is their absence).
Criteria for assessing the shift supervisor: discipline in the team; fulfillment of the production plan on time; percentage of payroll; performing required tasks; high-quality analysis of complaints from customers, which are automatically registered in Jira
Terms of remuneration: 3500 rate when meeting daily KPI
Working hours: day shift from 08:00 to 20:00; night shift from 20:00 to 08:00
Social package: employment, salary, bonuses, vacations, sick leave
Form of daily reporting: plan fact on production; filling in an online spreadsheet in Google with checkpoints; providing photos of control points (3-4 CT) 4-5 times a day; write-offs for a shift; observation sheets; workshop foreman mentoring
Weekly reporting form: weekly analysis of KPI changes (production, quality, speed, payroll percentage); weekly career report - managing the process of changing bit depth
Requirements for a candidate
Experience: from 1 year in leadership positions in food production Knowledge: rules for working with inventory and equipment, rules for transportation, storage, SANPIN standards, technological processes for preparing dishes for each workshop, both in large volumes and in pieces; understanding and ability to read TTK
Skills: practical skills in cooking dishes and semi-finished products for each workshop for any position at least level 9/10; skills of systematic work with shift reporting; PC and application skills Results: successful experience in applying the competencies described above with the ability to confirm with a recommendation from the previous place of work
Learnability: Ability to admit mistakes, positive perception of changes; the ability to quickly learn new skills and apply them in work; desire to learn and develop! Possession of tools: all kitchen utensils and equipment, Word, Excel, standard PC functionality
